Overall Fair to Poor condition for vintage age. Has some wear and discoloration, hole in the neck collar and some other smaller holes as pictured. Tag is not legible unsure of size or composition. Measurements in photo. Cream/beige color.
My limited research can only find references to "Willham North" as a set of dorms on Oklahoma State University OSU campus that have since been demolished and replaced with new facilities. They reference a North and South dorm in past literature.
Not sure where the "III" or "The Eye of the Tiger" phrase fits in. The tiger actually looks more like a cat.
This is single stitch in the bottom hem, so could be from the 90s or much earlier.
