- The knife is characterised by a blade length of 32 cm and a hardness of approx. 58 HRC. The knife steel used, X50CrMoV15, is cooled to -80 °C after intense heating. This process is called ice hardening and optimises the structure of the steel.
- The Solingen knife manufacturer GÜDE keeps the tradition alive. As one of the last knife manufacturers, GÜDE finishes its knives by hand using manual work steps and thus receives worldwide recognition. The forged knives are unique in quality.
